On January 7, 2021, a technical analysis seminar on the Sri Lanka mineral sands project was held at the conference center in the headquarters of ENFI Group. On November 27, 2020, Mr. Pan Liang, Chairman of Hairong Group, and delegation visited the headquarters of China Metallurgical Group, discussed the joint investment in Sri Lanka mineral sands project with relevant leaders such as Mr. Xu Xiangchun, Vice President of MCC Group, Mr. Wang Zhou, General Manager of MCC International Engineering Group.   Hairong Group and China Metallurgical Group have had a joint partnership since 2018.
