On November 27, 2020, Mr. Pan Liang, Chairman of Hairong Group, and delegation visited the headquarters of China Metallurgical Group, discussed the joint investment in Sri Lanka mineral sands project with relevant leaders such as Mr. Xu Xiangchun, Vice President of MCC Group, Mr. Wang Zhou, General Manager of MCC International Engineering Group.

Hairong Group and China Metallurgical Group have had a joint partnership since 2018. The project was delayed due to the impact of the Covid-19. According to this, both parties were willing to enhance and advance the implementation of related work.

On November 8, 2020, Chairman Mr. Pan Liang, together with some of his entrepreneur classmates in the Institute of Transformation and Innovation of Tsinghua University, visited the Wenzhou Oujiangkou Industrial park and had discussions with some leaders such as Mr. Xie Zuoxiong, deputy director of the Park Management Committee.

During the discussion, entrepreneurs got detailed answers to their questions in various aspects with a warm atmosphere, which prompted their interest in investments.

Hairong Group will also continue to pay attention to the progress of the Wenzhou Oujiangkou Comprehensive Bonded Zone after the meeting and look forward to having further cooperation.
